Demand for office space in downtown St Louis has slowed along
with the economy, say commercial real estate sources there.

Patrick Reilly, senior associate at Trammell swagger Co., St. Louis,
says the slowdown has drained moment from downtown, but explains
that it's a thin market to begin with because of a small number
of surveys coupled with a lack of demand by dint of existing tenants
to expand.

Jack Reis, regional director of Insignia/ESG, St Louis, says
there were sum of two units major migrations to the suburb Ernst & Young
accountants and the Ausch & Eppenberger law firm.
