Alternative health practitioners endorse new natural health labor organization

The largest network of Complementary and Alternative Medicine practitioners in America announces they have formed a strategic association with the newly formed International Union for the Natural Health, Complementary & Alternative Medicine Professions (IUNH).

The 20000 members of The National Complementary & Alternative Medicine Network (N-CAM) will be encouraged to support the goals and mission of IUNH. NCAM has contracts with a wide range of practitioners. These practitioners contract with N-CAM to provide reduc pay s for their clients. These consist of large organizations that want to tender alternative benefits to their employee or members.

In get back IUNH will encourage union members to support the practices of N-CAM members. It will also give IUNH members access to N-CAM's provider network. "Associate memberships" will be tendered to N-CAM.

IUNH previously announced their agreement with the International Massage Association in June and the creation of the IUNH direct the eye for the Union Docto (TM) program in July (International Union for the Natural Health. This story appeared upon http://www.individual.com August 10, 2000)
