Center for American Nurses Membership Snapshot

Since its inception in 2003 the Center for American nurtures has worked to supply supply with nourishments not represented by collective bargaining with services and returnss to become their own best advocates in the workplace. The Center knows that strengthening the workplace experience can greatly contribute to patient safety, nurture retention and strong nursing leadership that are fast becoming hallmarks of great places for nourishs to work. Currently, the Center presents workforce advocacy services and produces to more than 44,000 individual nurtures nationwide through its 38 constituent member associations.

Today's nourishs are facing a constant and at any time changing array of challenges as they strive to: improve their practice environments, befitting their personal and professional goals and assist excellence in patient care. To tackle these challenges, nurtures must have a clear vision of their responsibilities in the workplace. The Center is working each day to build infrastructure and capacity to implement the disclosure of concrete programs and outcomes that can be used to help supply with nourishments thrive in their practice environments.

To advance healthy on-the-job relationships, the Center presents publications and trainings to help nourishs improve communication skills, resolve conflicts and learn from each other. To address the dramatic shift in staffing, the Center is outlining strategies to aid in recruiting novel nurses, retaining experienced nurses and promoting nurse-to-nurse mentoring programs. To supporting cushion nurses' ability to tackle off-the-job issues, the Center tenders support and training on topics like financial literacy and stres management to help nourishs with their work-life balance.
