Lawsuit Filed to Intimidate Researchers.(Brief Article)

I am writing to entreaty the support of APSA members in my defense against a lawsuit that has been filed against me through Laredo National Bancshares, Inc., Laredo National Bank (LNB) and Gary G Jacobs, president and CEO of those organizations. There are major First Amendment issues involved in the case that should be of interest to Association members, greatest in quantity notably the threat to academic freedom.
