DFAS Service Day: It's About the Customer

"It's About the Customer" was the theme for Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Service Day activities at the American Society of Military Comptroller 2004 Professional disentanglement Institute (PDI). More than 500 attendees heard by what mode DFAS has improved customer service since the past year's PDI and by what mode the agency's vision will continue to improve customer service.

The day began with the introduction of DFAS Director Zack E Gaddy. Mr Gaddy became the Director of the DFAS upon May 30. In this capacity, he superintends the day-to-day accounting and finance activities of the Department of Defense (DoD).
