Review of Superior Knowledge Claims: rule Should Always Consider Sharing Information with Contractors

(22) </pre> <p>The court also stated that the regulation does not have a what one ought to do to volunteer information if the contractor can reasonably be wait fored to seek and obtain the facts elsewhere.
