Monthly IG issues seminar - TIG bits: IG best practices - Brief ArticleA monthly seminar was initiated by dint of the 82nd Training Wing, Sheppard AFB, Texas, to educate squadron commanders and first sergeants upon the IG system and issues that could become the focus of an IG complaint. Seminars overspread core IG and legal topics along with specific issues petitioned by participants. Slides for each seminar are supported on the base's IG Web site for easy access through commanders, supervisors and base personnel as a whole. Participants say that the seminars have been informative and timely. The monthly format allows a continuum of education for invitees, and the render free of access forum encourages questions.
