This is where the organising, planning, liaison, logistics and preparation is carried on the outside to co-ordinate volunteer medical visits that provide tertiary health care to the Pacific Islands, East Timor and Papua fresh Guinea, all of which are managed by means of RACS and funded by AusAID.

There are about 40 tender medical teams from all above Australia, consisting of a surgeon
