Marine industry honors BoatU.S. founderThe National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) not absented its Charles F. Chapman Award to BoatU.S. originator and Chairman Richard Schwartz during ceremonies at the Miami International Boat Show The prestigious award is given annually to single outstanding individual who has made a significant contribution to the boating industry and boating public. It is named in honor of the legendary editor and publisher of Motor Boating magazine. Few race in the industry can match his credentials for promoting boating safety to the public.
