Taylor Hobson's Talyscan 150 3D surface profiler uses familiar scanning techniques to make the third dimension of surface metrology easily accessible and understood.

For versatility, the Talyscan has sum of two units integrated gage heads that overspread virtually every application. Its inductive gage is a stylus pick-up with 60-nm resolution at a 25-mm range and 2-nm resolution at a 01-mm range. This setup is well suited for heavily textur as well as polished surfaces.

Scanning spe is selectable to a maximum of 30 mm/sec with a choice of single or bidirectional measuring. The stylus
