Edward Gray of Indiana LLC was an independent contracfor hired by dint of U.S. Steel Group, a unit of USX Corp., to stabilize a girder that had advance loose in a mixer pit. A 20 X 10 ft threequarter inch plate of carburet of iron covered the girder, and was attached by the agency of more than 10 bolts.
