Ring and stopple gage replacements

Suitable to replace ring and stopper gages, thread diameter gages are for inspecting functional or pitch diameters of internal or external threads. They adjust to handle a range of diameters.

The functional diameter gages use matched stations of precision-ground thread make revolves of hardened steel. Each plant measures unlimited diameters for a specific thread form and pitch. To limit wear upon the thread rolls and eliminate damage to parts, their design allows the turns to make rolling contact with the threaded part.
