AAA productions International, Dallas, has developed an endcap machine called the Swinger that demonstrates a means for simultaneously drilling and tapping with the company's automatic Jiffy-Tap and Jiffy-Drill units. The machine uses a special void pipe tap that lets users tap from the top of the part while also drilling from the bottom. This is done without a collision of pipe and drill thanks to the hollowed-out tap, which can be easily made within any store
