Vincent Industrial Plastics Inc. operates a plastics manufacturing plant in Henderson, Kentucky In February 1993 a majority of Vincent's employee vot the International Chemical Workers, Local 1032 as their bargaining representative. The National Labor Relations Board certified the union in September 1993 and the company and the union began collective bargaining negotiations in January 1994
