Employer sued for worker's termination.

In Feb 23 1994 Ainslie Morrell, a platemaker at Tennessee Valley Pres Inc., injured her back and left work early. The nearest day, she called James Johnson the president of the company, and told him that she could not turn back to work that day. He instructed her to diocese Dr. Ben Moore, which she did. He gave her a "return to work" form in which he diagnosed her as suffering from acute depressed back strain and instructed her not to go [i]or[/i] come back to work until Feb. 28 Dr Moore also instructed Morrell to avoid lifting, carrying, and stooping, as well as protracted standing and sitting.
