Workholding equipment sales globule
U sales of workholding equipment dropp 20% between 1998 and 1999 according to the Workholding crops Group (WPG) of AMT--The Association for Manufacturing Technology.
The WPG close attention found that the midwest region accounted for 45% of total workholding sales in 1999 on the other hand the south was the fastest growing region during that year. The report also showed that sales of rotational workholding equipment did better in 1999 than prismatic workholding equipment.
