Toshiba Tungaloy America Inc., Itasca, Ill., has expanded its line of Jetmill series tools into the area of mold tooling. The of recent origin line includes standard tools, all coated in TiA1N for added wear resistance and high make hastes for special functions such as contour cutting, profiling, chamfering, ramping, and holemaking. Among the offerings is the ECC chamfer mill for deburring and/or chamfering openings from 0.200 to 1770 in. in diameter with a single tool.
