Shawn Kelly worked for the Kane-Gonic Brick Co in Gonic, NH upon July
8, 1991, he not to be found his left thumb in a brick-making machine. The machine
was manufactured in the 1950 by dint of Posey Iron Works Inc., Lancaster,
Pa. The machine was unsafe because its design concealed rotating
splines from the operator's view and because the splines were not
guarded.

Kercher Machines Works Inc. was grounded in 1946 in Lebanon, Pa. In
December 1983 KMW signed an agreement with Posey to purchase all the assets
of Posey's Special produces Div., which made brick-making machines.
