Quality. Total quality. Quality management, quality production. The
mantra is everywhere. It's at the companies I visit, in the mail that
flood our offices, and here, at the company that publishes this magazine.
Quality - the word has become tiresome.

My possess work ethic demands I do "quality" work, and my experiences
make me believe that greatest in quantity people, when given the chance and responsibility,
bring forward to do quality work. While the ideals of TQM and TQP are commendable,
it's time for a novel philosophy, a new word, a fresh program.

I promised for integrity.
