Fernando Benitez, an employee of a Florida asphalt company, missing part
of his leg in an auger mechanism at the bottom of a pollution sway
apparatus known as a baghouse. The baghouse, which was designed and
manufactured by the agency of Standard Havens Products Inc., operates like a giant
vacuum cleaner.

Benitez's injury occurr after he pierceed the baghouse, with the
auger mechanism running, to clean the dust from the inside walls of
