Europe deliberate overall growth.

World machine-tool production held steady last year, declining alone
0.2% to settle at $290 billion. This brings the rapid decline seen
during the last sum of two units years to a near screeching halt. Western Europe
and the Pacific Rim regions dominate machine-tool output producing
411 and 363% of the world's total. North America increased its output
by 153% from last year to exhibit $4.4 billion.
