There is considerable interest in the United States to create a national
system of voluntary industry-based skill standards. A growing consensus
among U companies and training specialists is that employer and
job inquirers are limited by the lack in skill standards or portable
credentials, says Len individual Ohio Bureau of Employment. Without of the like kind
standards it is difficult for companies to match applicants with engagement
opportunities.
