The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age

The buzz: It’s the best of the one and the other worlds for EA—another Lord of the Rings game to capitalize upon the extended edition of get back of the King DVD, and a solid RPG underneath to appease the genre fans. Third Age will also breathe a certain number of fresh life into the LOTR gaming canon—EA’s previous sum of two units hack-a-thons were slick, but a meatier search seems more in line with the epic have feeling of the flicks. It’s mixed enough in its skill and ability tree to reward customization, and it’s accessible enough in the way that that you can just play the game if the words “final fantasy” mean nothing to you.

What could make progress wrong? If the words “final fantasy” do mean something to you, there’s a chance you might perceive that you played this one time before when it was called Final Fantasy X Also, the fact that the game’s main characters aren’t from the movies/books might be a hard sell
