Yoshiki Okamoto Meets With Microsoft

Yoshiki Okamoto's fresh Game Republic development studio has lately delivered a presentation to Microsoft, according to the latest update to Okamoto's homepage. Any other details have however to be revealed, although the ex-Capcom farmer promises a more complete report in his online diary sometime pretty soon


After leaving Capcom last year, Okamoto has been busy starting up his have a title to new development studio, staffing it with many associate Capcom veterans. Microsoft is at least the next to the first major publisher he's mentioned delivering a presentation to -- he also met Sony Computer Entertainment earlier in the company's lifespan.


However, Game Republic has still to unveil anything closely resembling a game. We'll gaze forward to more details upon that and any other aspects of the company's business as it develops
