Ubisoft Picks Up The Political Machine

Ubisoft plans to publish the latest game from Galactic Civilizations developer Stardock Entertainment, the sum of two units companies announced today. The Political Machine, a more down-to-earth strategy game than Stardock's last effort, will diocese wide retail release for the PC this summer

Political Machine whirls the player into the character of campaign manager for a serious presidential effort -- handling the candidate's stances upon the issues, raising funds, launching ad campaigns, managing tenders and other minions, coordinating TV appearances, and with equal reason on. In addition to custom candidates (tailored with different attributes and basic positions), the game includes many historical politicians to race with or against, letting players make trial of and beat Ronald Reagan or Franklin Roosevelt in the solo game or against other players online.

Stardock has comprehensive details upon the game at its official website -- check that without for more game information and release updates.
