Comparing American and Canadian local television crime stories: a content analysis.Crime is a staple of local television newscasts. However, there is debate regarding the differences between Canadian and U crime coverage upon local television broadcasts. The view of this study is to explore differences and similarities between Canadian and U local crime coverage. The comes suggest that there is no difference in the emblem of crimes that are at handed on Canadian and U.S. newscasts.
