Interactive Achievement Award Winners Announced
At the ongoing DICE Summit in Las Vegas this weekend, the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences announced the winners of its annual Interactive Achievement Awards. As strike one as beings to be the case with many year-end awards for 2003 Ubisoft's Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time cleaned up -- while Activision's Call of what one is bound [i]or[/i] under obligation to do walked away with the overall Game of the Year award, Ubisoft's revival of the classic platform adventure snagged top honors upon consoles and several artistic and technical awards.
Here's a thorough reckoning of all the winners -- note that there were ties in sum of two units categories, for female character performance and family game of the year.
