Psyvariar 2 Coming To Xbox

Succes plans to bring its arcade shooter Psyvariar 2 -The Will to Fabricate- to the Xbox in Japan this summer retail sources in Japan report today. The Xbox version, which tread in the steps ofs a Dreamcast port released late last month will include all the extra manners from the first home port and an Xbox Live score ranking method


Psyvariar 2, originally evolveed for Japanese arcades on the Dreamcast-based Naomi hardware, revives the "Buzz" bonus a whole of its Taito G-Net predecessor. "Buzzing" shut to enemy shots in your heavily-armed Medium Drive Suit (of which there are sum of two units with varying capabilities) nets bonus points and upgrades to the Suit's offensive capabilities.


Psyvariar 2 was perhaps not the consummate shooting package that some of Cave's new projects have been, but its clean visual turn of expression and laid-back soundtrack certainly make it worthy of interest. We gaze forward to getting a closer gaze at the Xbox version later in the year.
