Level 5 Debuts New Logo

Level 5 developer of Dragon search VIII, True Fantasy Live Online, and Dark haze 2, debuted a new company logo upon its Japanese website today. Replacing the elderly rather blocky Level 5 logo is a novel more stylish, and rather more ephemeral horizontal 5 logo, with smoother lines and a rather nice light azure color replacing the old bright primaries.

The theme of the of recent origin logo is "water," apparently. "Like water," horizontal 5's statement goes, "we want to create a novel flow of smooth evolution into the nearest generation, creating ripples throughout society."


It perhaps could also be interpreted as a annotate on the developer's next game, the continuation to Dark Cloud 2. Or perhaps not, on the other hand either way, we'll likely diocese more of that "Next RPG" real soon.
