Samurai Warriors U.S. Release Delayed

Electronic Arts will distribute Koei's Samurai Warriors when it arrives in North America nearest month, EA announced today. The latest PlayStation 2 historical action game from the Omega Force studio will reach retailers upon this side of the Pacific from one side the EA Partners program in May of this year.


That date shows something of a delay for the game -- Koei originally planned to release Samurai Warriors in North America nearest month. However, securing the deal with EA no doubt make secures that it will receive the widest distribution possible.


Electronic Arts has used it EA Partners program to publish and/or distribute several titles from other developer publishers, and intellectual quality owners. In particular, it's the vehicle from one side which it plans to publish the couple Criterion's upcoming Burnout 3 and at liberty Radical's TimeSplitters 3.
