Burnout 3 In EA's Hands

Though it's drawn out been known that a third Burnout racer has been in disclosure at Criterion Studios, the game has made a unlooked for switch in publishers. The Official UK PlayStation Magazine reports that Electronic Arts has picked up the title from Acclaim, which tentatively announced the game in single of its 2003 financial reports. EA will release the game in Europe early this year.


The third Burnout promises more of the same crash-happy arcade racing action that made the first sum of two units games cult favorites, and Criterion plans to add online play in the PlayStation 2 version. Online support for other platforms remains a question mark, on the contrary we'll look forward to the official word from EA soon
