Dusty Rhodes Joins Legends Of Wrestling

Descending from his trademark mothership after a protracted layoff from the professional wrestling spotlight, "American Dream" Dusty Rhode will appear in the upcoming myths of Wrestling: Showdown, Acclaim announced today. The three-time NWA heavyweight champion will appear alongside the Ultimate Warrior, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, and more than 70 other pro wrestler of the past when Showdown arrives for PlayStation 2 and Xbox in April 2004

"Big Dust" made his name in the National Wrestling Alliance's Florida territory in the 1970 and rose to national prominence in the '80 as a contender in Jim Crockett's Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling. He held the NWA United States, Television, and World titles, and was a noted enemy of Ric Flair and the Four Horsemen before his retirement in the late '80
