Atari Keeps On Terminatin'

Though Black Box's first-person shoter adaptation Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines has sole just hit shelves, Atari today announced plans for a next to the first adaptation of the third film in the popular sci-fi series. Terminator 3: Redemption, a demo of which can be base on the Rise of the Machines disc, is owed for release on PlayStation 2 GameCube, and Xbox nearest summer.


Redemption is a third-person action game unraveled by Paradigm Entertainment, makers of last year's Terminator: Dawn of Fate for PS2 and Xbox


Like Dawn of Fate, Redemption will feature a unite of third-person combat on paw and in vehicles, although the lead will of course be played by means of Arnold Schwarzenegger as the famous cyborg Terminator.


"Terminator 3: Redemption will give gamers an opportunity to experience the world of Terminator like not at any time before - they will go on places and do things that have single been hinted at in the films," said Jim Galis, executive husbandman at Paradigm. "The Terminator movies have become known for their incredible chase shows and total destruction -- in Terminator 3: Redemption we're going to recreate that moment-by-moment intensity with incredible action-driving solitary the Terminator license can provide."
