New Square Enix USA Trademarks

Astute searchers of the United States Patent and Trademark Office database not long ago discovered two new trademarks picked up by dint of Square Enix USA, which may commit to some future game shoot forwards along the road. The bourns "Alien's Fortress" and "Brave Shot" were trademarked by dint of Square Enix in reference to game software last month although what they might more specifically give in charge to isn't clear, and Square Enix has not applied for similar trademarks in Japan.

Square Enix possesss some interesting trademarks in the United States, and they're easily misinterpreted. "Play Arts," "Formation Arts," and "Trading Arts" entire like they might refer to trademarked gameplay ultimate parts for instance, but in fact they're just descriptors for different lines of spin-off merchandise. A publisher's trademark applications can sometimes provide a direct the eye ahead at more significant happenings, allowing -- Square Enix's trademark of the confine "Advent Children" was a matter of public record as far back as July

So these may be novel games, or they may be novel PlayOnline mini-games to replace a flagging Tetra Master, or they may be the goofy TV-toy heirs to Kenshin Dragon search We'll perhaps hear more upon the subject some time in the near future
