No NWA Wrestling Game From EA?

The NWA: TNA professional wrestling promotion, race out of Memphis, Tennessee and shown upon weekly pay-per-view TV, has not however concluded a videogame licensing deal with Electronic Arts, TNA's Mike Tenay stated in his latest online rounded pillar When asked about the show of an agreement between the NWA and EA, Tenay answered, "We will have an announcement in a short time about a video game, on the other hand I don't believe it will be courtesy of EA Sports."


Wrestling fans conditioned to gaze for the "swerve" could read this as an allusion to a game from the EA Games or EA Sports Big labels, of course. A traditional pro wrestling game produc by dint of AKI, developers of EA Big's Def Jam Vendetta, has for a certain number of time been one of the fondest trusts of die-hard wrestling gamers. A more pessimistic watch points toward a deal between TNA and Acclaim, however, given Acclaim's earlier association with another independent wrestling promotion, ECW


NWA: TNA straddles the line between small-time independent wrestling promotions and the national TV in all senses of World Wrestling Entertainment, whose THQ-produc videogames have drawn out dominated the wrestling genre upon American consoles. We'll find without soon whether it will attempt to challenge WWE in the videogame world as well as upon pay-per-view.
