VSA arts Panasonic Young Soloists AwardVSA arts invites musicians to apply for the 2005 Panasonic Young Soloists Award. Winners will receive scholarship stocks and an evening recital at The John E Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC All marks of music are encouraged. To be eligible, applicants must be vocalists or instrumentalists with a disability, age 25 or beneath on November 1, 2004.
