VSA arts Panasonic Young Soloists AwardVSA arts invites musicians to apply for the 2005 Panasonic Young Soloists Award. Winners will receive scholarship stocks and an evening recital at The John E Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC All marks of music are encouraged.
