Elementary Composition Zachary Garcia, of Ada, Oklahoma, is in the fourth grade. He studies piano with WT Skye Garcia. She also is a member of the Louisville Youth orchestra, and work fors as a musical ambassador to local hospitals, nursing abodes and schools.
