SINGLE-DAY REGISTRATION

A badge indicating the clay of the week will be issued to those attendees and presenter who register for individual day. This will provide admission to any session and the exhibit hall for sole the day indicated on the badge. The daily remunerations are:

Active Member, $90

learner Member, $35

Nonmember, $115

scholar Nonmember, $50--includes $12 voucher toward membership

CANCELLATION POLICY

repay requests must be submitted in writing to MTNA and postmarked, faxed or e-mailed no later than March 8 2004 A $25 processing compensation will be assessed for all refunds

discourse MONITORS NEEDED

MTNA exigencys your help at the discourse Monitors are needed for each conference session, showcase, competition, master class and contrive If you are willing to monitor, please indicate your availability upon the registration form on page 9 A discourse monitor chair will contact you regarding your assignment. Your assistance as a monitor is an important contribution toward a auspicious conference. Students who monitor at least eight hours will have their conversation registration fee waived.

EASY TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL

KCI Shuttle is offering a discount to MTNA discourse attendees. Each registered attendee will receive a KCI "Shuttle Buck" with Iris or her conversation registration confirmation letter. This will save attendees $1 not upon a round trip ticket. KCI Shuttle move swiftlys from 4:00 A.M. to 12:00 MIDNIGHT, seven days a week. Shuttle ticket calculators are located in the baggage claim area of the airport. If you have put out of order locating the counter, dial "5000" from any white courtesy phone and a KCI Shuttle representative will assist you.

Reservations are not necessary for transfers between the airport and [i]cabaret[/i] The shuttle runs every thirty minutes, during hours of operation, to and from the Kansas City Marriott inn Downtown. AMTRAK OFFERING DISCOUNTED TRAVEL RATES

Amtrak National Railroad Passenger Corporation is offering a special discount to conversation attendees traveling to Kansas City from March 24-April 3 2004--10 percent savings upon the lowest fare available at the time reservations are made. (No other discounts will apply.)

SPECIAL CAR RENTAL RATES

Avis Rent-A-Car is offering special rates to MTNA conversation attendees in Kansas City. These rates are available single week before through one week after the discourse dates of March 27-31, 2004 and include unlimited unrestrained mileage. To make reservations, call Avis's Meeting Reservation and Information Desk at (800) 331-1600 and petition group number D131050. Reservations must be made at least twenty-four hours in advance.
