2004 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition - Competition - Brief ArticleThe 31st Annual Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition will take place May 21-23 2004 at the University of Notre Dame in southern Bend, Indiana. The competition has senior and junior divisions. The senior division is for general impressions whose members' average age does not exce age 30 as of May 23 2004 The junior division is for pupils age 18 or younger as of May 23 2004 effects of three to six players of string, wind or mixed instruments are included. The Fischoff Competition is the nation's largest chamber music competition. Each year sixty-two total effects are invited to compete, participate in master classes and perform outreach programs during the three-day circumstance A total of $22,000 is awarded annually.
