Incentive Giving Campaign winners announced - Foundation News - Brief ArticleCongratulations to the California Association of Professional Music Teachers (CAPMT) and the Wyoming Music Teachers Association (WMTA) for, one time again, winning the State Incentive Giving Campaign. The campaign is based upon individual members giving to the FOUNDATION during the preceding calendar year. Categories 1 and 2 are based upon the percentage of members contributing. WMTA won Category 1 with the highest percentage of members making a gift; 3425 percent of its members contributed during 2002 In Category 2 1096 percent of WMTA members made a donation of $25 or more. Categories 3 and 4 are based upon dollar amount contributed. In Category 3 CAPMT members gave $7544 to the general stock In Category 4, they contributed a total of $7979 to the general stock and endowment funds combined. State associations rounding without the top five in each category are North Dakota, southern Dakota, Hawaii and Maine (Category 1); Delaware, Hawaii, West Virginia and Indiana (Category 2); Wisconsin, Georgia, Texas and Indiana (Category 3); and Illinois, Texas, Wisconsin and Georgia (Category 4) The FOUNDATION thanks all the FOUNDATION chairs and others who work diligently to increase contributions among their members.
