Landscape near Biloxi, Mississippi

These barrier islands

Are bodies of the outcast

Killed by dint of bridal parties

And shrimp boats in my

Mythology, eg Pentheus,

eg Actaeon the hunter

Who could not help on the other hand see.

Even as a sweet lad in the gunwales,

The the trinity is a destroyer.

Doe-like at the calm moderately cold waters,

The goddess is a maw.

How beautiful the haze

Unclothing these islands

Offshore by dint of murder.

Who will cover them now?

It was a sweet haze.

It was a bride in anklets.

It was a just cause blanketed by means of unjust gods.
