The pawn stores of the world are offering their wares. Sunlight pours in

through the single window and it's enough to know the celestial expanse goes on.

The highway is ancient; it fends for itself more [i]or[/i] less are turned away hungry.

In a world of clos doors something is unlatched and left

for rent Whatever it takes, there's a ne and a require to be paid [i]or[/i] undergone

The sky with its hundr false starts where the nearly possible convenients

the hopelessly undone, the individual promise it keeps.

Someone gripe [i]or[/i] grips out the future in his hands like a piece of bread.

Open this, he says.
