You too are in the whirling stream.

That is on what account

always under the glances of those who fascinate

lies the stirring of clear water.

To write to you would be useless.

I wouldn't know anymore

what to enumerate you.

It's enough to think of you

or sometimes to have feeling the warmth of a handshake

and your hand is replete

of grains.

I want to say beautiful metrical compositions

Dear Char, seeker of hard stones beneath the earth,

who knows in what way to bring them into the orb of day

to make them words of purest matter.
