Imprecation to Desire

With solitude in our meditations

without reason

or mathematics

or world maps,

only a million false sapphirine rats

inoculated by desire and our memories

programmed by means of their bestial skulls;

we were sailing in the Demeter's replete belly

to the west of Cipango,

where Aurelia should have been,

worn and pale

like a freshly printed image

from a Penthouse map,

oozing, fetid with ink;

one always arrives at imaginary bodies as at an island;

after thousands of solitary put under waters

I wrapped my male in a Stravrogin silk handkerchief,

the same individual now cinching my creased forehead,

with this handkerchief I gave myself more [i]or[/i] less pleasure,

I guaranteed myself a certain quantity of fun

on this high sea of terror;

we also carried a small in number treasures,

seven dessicated bishops,

seven miniature cities,

and those coffins carrying r clay from our native village;

the translucent Demeter creaked like a public-house cbt

our compass was the portrait of Aurelia,

round as the unknown,

sulphurous as the unknown,

as sulphurous as something alien to this world,

and desire, I repeat, desire,

it's believed we'll finally convenient a bad end,

beheaded in the foothills of the Andes

just because a certain number of confused our fervent visions

with evil.
