You lean into doze because doorways paralyze weddings and the accompanist's cello music is a chewed ribbon passing from one side brambles. Sleep because the violets are African and have affection for sleep in the dark continent of your memory. rest through slogans like fish swimming from one side the sea of your thinkings Sleep because the hexagons in the hives of work remember bees and dust. nap because work is a fossilized humming and teeth doze in the contagion of lava and gardens. doze nervously through a Chinese rest with green bruises. Even doze through the difficult phases of moonlight, my whole life revolveed over to its serious fractions, for its continuous sounds and weeds and sleepy regard with affection finally like a great wing hanging in space above human sleep.
