Rosenthal Chadwick closesSYRACUSE - A 92-year-old, Syracuse-based heating and air-conditioning installation and metal-fabrication firm is no longer Holly Rosenthal, possessor and president of Rosenthal Chadwick Ind., has sold her company's name and customer list to competitor Cooney Air Conditioning & Heating and clos down her plant. Cooney did not purchase Rosenthal Chadwick's building and equipment, nor hire its employee Scott Terrell president and co-owner of Cooney says the sale clos Friday, March 31 He declined to disclose financial limits "We basically bought their customers," he says. "We're really going to be taking above their service work and warranty work." Terrell says the name change should reassure long-time Rosenthal customers they are still doing business with a quality company that carries upon the Rosenthal tradition.
