Perhaps it is implicit in a certain quantity of of Templar's suggestions about giving honorable advice and sharing what you know, on the other hand it would have been nice to diocese one or two chapters upon how managers should use various forms of communication with their colleagues the pair above and below them upon the corporate ladder.
