"Large, energetic canvasses that demand your attention and vibrant fly opens of colour that seem to leap not upon the walls," is how a London art journalist described the work of fresh Zealand artist Lisa Ferguson.

Born and raised in scenic fresh Zealand, Ferguson spent much of her childhood painting and playing dres up Later, she studied art, fashion and interior design before taking up graphic design as a career. "I ran my be in possession of business and painted part time," she says.

"Through galleries, exhibitions, fundraising facts self-promotion and commissions for the pair private and corporate clients, I gained a reputation for creating striking original art, and I put up to sale to clients worldwide," she says. Many clients commission work to suit a specific space, size and to match their color scheme.

Ferguson lately moved to New York and is looking forward to living and playing in "the city that at no time sleeps."

"I aim to create works that are dynamic, replete of energy, movement and vibrant color. I want to inspire, invigorate and challenge [viewers] to explore [their] imaginations."
