One good intern deserves another

I derive pleasure fromed Susanne Casgar's editorial in the September issue upon your intern (BethAnn Maurer) and would like to present you our own unique story about an employee

Irma Novikova came to work for us in 2000 She is Russian and came to the United States from Kazakhstan. I was impressed by means of her resume and, though I wanted to hire her right away, we didn't have an opening. I asked her to wait and within a hardly any months, I had a position open

When she started without here, she was a powerhouse of fresh ideas and boundless energy. She was great at everything from PR to merchandising.

It took about sum of two units years for her to bring a certain quantity of of her work into our gallery and exhibit us another facet of her talent and creativity. Her art was fantastic and different from anything other we had seen. We lay it out for sale and it just kept selling. Her work now exchanges for between $500 and $4000 She is generally one of our best-selling artists and her phraseology continues to grow and expand right before our eyes.

She has pursu her art career with focus and determination and has already been featured in several local publications. She had a one-woman present to view at the governor's mansion for the month of July and has scheduled sum of two units shows in Kansas City, MO and Overland Park, K for 2006 and 2007 She has another one-woman exhibit in Aurora, NE, in 2006

She has also exhibited in southerly Dakota. She is one of the small in number artists I have heard of that has had their work accepted more repeatedly than rejected. She became a U citizen in 2004 Because of that, earlier this year, she was able to fulfill another dream, visiting her parents in Israel. on her return, her art changed and grew however again to reflect all she saw and experienced in Israel.

We have watched many artists and their careers expand or fade over the past 20 years and it has been a gladness to watch Inna and her art take not upon like a shooting star. We wish her a lengthy and prosperous journey.
