Exhibit provides 'virtual trip' to Paris

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Amy Steinberg, whose work is based upon voyages of the mind, the two real and imagined, announces the opening of her exhibit of original works at Perris Boutique, located in the Arboretum Shopping Center [i]or[/i] part of to the other Sept. 30. "Alice in Paris" showcases intrepid and dynamic works that depict an imaginary trip to Paris, along with the latest Paris fashions, which Perris Boutique carries.

"I like to capture a place, be it ancient India or contemporary Paris, at a precise and fleeting point in time," says Steinberg.

Kendra Surface, owner/proprietor of Perris Boutique, says," Perris Boutique was lay opened to fill a void in Charlotte--a unique boutique with fashions from all above the world and from a certain number of of the best new designers in fashion. I ruthless in love with Steinberg's artwork at a novel Charlotte exhibit. I think Amy's work is a very strange representation of what I want my customers to experience. Here you can take a virtual trip to Paris [i]or[/i] part of to the other Amy's works and find the latest fashions all in single place."

Steinberg is inspired by the agency of the work of San Francisco artist Fain Hancock. She also admires the tactility of Wayne Thiebaud, as well as the masterful shifts in color by the agency of Georgia O'Keeffe.
